Juventus officially announced that club legend Pador was elected U20 head coach. Pador once played for Juventus from 2012 to 2016, playing 107 appearances, contributing 3 goals and 5 assists, helping the team win 5 Serie A championships, 3 Italian Super Cups and 2 Italian Cups. In 2021, Paddo returned to Juventus as a coach and joined the first team coaching staff, serving as an assistant coach in the youth team last season.
