Romano: Some Premier League teams are interested in Ate Came, but the players intention is to join Milan

Transfer expert Romano said that the young man's right-back Atekame has agreed to join Milan in principle, but an agreement between the clubs is still needed.

Romano said: "Milan has officially offered the young man a formal offer to buy Swiss right-back Ate Came, who is currently considering Milan. Milan officially offers 7 million euros, while the young man’s asking price is 10 million to 10.5 million euros, so negotiations will be held to reach an agreement. The young man said that some Premier League teams are interested in Ate Came, which is indeed true, but the players have agreed to join Milan in principle and his intention is to play for Milan. Therefore, two clubs need to reach an agreement now."

Romano also talked about Milan's previous right-back signing target Gera Douai: "We say Gerra Douai has always been Milan's first choice, and both the management and coach Allegri appreciated him very much. But Strasbourg's asking price is very high: at least €30 million. Milan made many attempts and raised the offer a few days ago, but it was not enough to convince Strasbourg to release people."

Romano said: "Strasbourg hopes to keep Gerra Douai, let him show himself in the new season's European Games (European Union) matches, and then sell him at a higher price next year, which will even exceed €30 million. Strasbourg's expectations for Gerra Douai were high, so Milan turned to Atekame."
