Arsenal has reached an agreement with Valencia for a transfer to defender Moscarat, with a basic transfer fee of £13 million plus floating terms. In principle, both sides agreed to sign a contract for five years, and the player is expected to fly to the UK for a medical examination and complete the transfer within 24-48 hours. The Gunners hope to complete the procedures as soon as possible so that Moscarra can participate in the Asian preseason that will start this Saturday.
