Barcelona official: The club is working hard to return to Camp Nou and the capacity will be expanded to 45,000

Barcelona officials stated that the club is continuing to work hard to obtain the administrative permission required to reopen the Camp Nou stadium and is in continuous contact with the Barcelona Municipal Government to conduct relevant inspections and obtain a use permit.

While it is expected that the initial license for Phase 1A (main stand and stands behind the goals) will be granted soon, which will allow up to 27,000 spectators, the club aims to return to the Camp Nou after obtaining the corresponding license for Phase 1B, which will see the stadium capacity expanded to 45,000.

In this context, in order to facilitate fans to watch the men's football first team games during this transitional period, Barcelona has launched a new 2025/26 season pass system, which will be valid for the remainder of the season.

A single pass valid for all remaining matches of the season

The 2025/26 Season Pass will allow members to attend all official first-team men’s matches at the Olimpico Montjuïc Stadium and Camp Nou, including La Liga, Copa del Rey and UEFA Champions League. The pass will be effective from the 9th round of La Liga against Girona on October 18. It should be noted that the only exception is the UEFA Champions League group match against Olympiacos on October 21, which is not included in the pass because tickets for that game have already gone on sale.

Purchase priority and schedule

Purchase of the 2025/26 season pass will start at 12 noon today, October 9th, and end at 12noon on October 13th. Among them, there will be a 24-hour priority purchase period for members who hold passes to the Olympic Stadium Montjuïc in full for the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons.

Subsequently, from 12 noon tomorrow, October 10, to 12 noon, October 13, sales will be open to other members who have held passes during these two seasons. Also on October 10, tickets for the match against Girona will go on sale, with discounts available to all other members.

Purchase conditions and procedures

Each member can only purchase one pass, and the membership fee must be paid in full without any valid penalties or bans. Selection of areas and pass types will be made on an individual basis, but ticket applications for each game can be made by a combination of up to 6 members.

It is worth noting that if there are no seats in the desired area, you can choose other available areas.

Confirm Attendance and Receive Tickets

Pass holders must confirm attendance for each game via the Membership App or the official website. If you do not actively indicate your intention to attend within 6 days before the game, the club will not allocate seats.

Tickets will be available in digital format and can be viewed in the App or emailed 24 to 3 hours prior to game start. However, for the La Liga matchday 9 match against Girona on Saturday 18 October, the special deadline to confirm attendance is 4 days before the start of the match.

Seat Transfer

Member holders of the 2025/26 Season Pass may transfer their seat to another person free of charge, provided that the transferee does not appear on any other transfer request form. After confirming your attendance at the competition, this operation can be easily managed through the Member App.

Season Ticket Eligibility Suspension and Seat Evacuation System Services

As long as the Camp Nou remains open at partial capacity throughout the 2025/26 season, season ticket holder eligibility will be suspended until the stadium can reopen at full capacity. Likewise, the empty seat system service will continue to be deactivated and the corresponding amounts will be accrued until the season ticket is reactivated.

Payment and Installment

Members who purchase the 2025/26 season pass can pay or make installment payment for the pass between October 16 and 30. If payment is not completed or installments are not activated within this period, the club will charge the full amount via automatic bank debit as usual on November 5.
