Dorte currently ranks second in the Bundesliga. Defender Anton talked about the team’s season goals and head coach Kovac when he recently participated in a talk show. He explained why he did not openly shout the championship slogan like his teammate Baier, and praised Kovac's coaching style.

What are your season goals after teammate Baier shouted the slogan "We want to be champions"?

We had a very big gap with No. 1 last season, so you have to stay humble. Of course, it is completely normal to keep such a goal in mind as a personal goal. But for us, the first thing is to get points in the coming months and win our game. Maybe in a few months we can talk about more specific goals.

Under the leadership of Coach Kovac, Dortmund was unbeaten at the start of the season. What is the reason for the team's outstanding performance?

Everything we show on the court is straightforward. We have a plan to follow on the field. As long as our game is in place, tactical performance and our strength will naturally be shown. This is also what we are doing very well at the moment.

How do you evaluate the coach Kovac's coaching style?

I think his favorite saying is 'paying and taking', which is currently very effective. He can also become serious when the situation needs to be and he has to become serious. It is not easy for a coach to keep everyone in a good mood. I think he did a great job in this.
