According to ESPN famous reporter Shams Charania, Bill has reached a buyout agreement with the Suns and will join the Clippers after the clarification period (48 hours).

In this buyout, Bill gave up $13.8 million of his salary of 110.8 million, and the remaining money will be paid to others in five seasons through extended terms, with an average of about 19.4 million per season.
