US News: The Celtics are open to trading Anfini Simmons but don t call everywhere

Previously, the Celtics traded with the Trail Blazers, and exchanged Holiday for Anthony Simmons. Recently, Jake Fischer, a U.S. reporter, said on the show that Simmons is Boston's future is still uncertain.

"So, at some point in time, can Boston really trade him? Yes, are they actively seeking to trade him? I would say they are proactive and open."

"However, I don't think Boston is calling everywhere now to try to trade Anfini Simmons, I just think he and his agent team are very clear that the Celtics don't have to get him to wear a green and white jersey to start the season, but if that's the case, they'll be very happy and willing to do that."
