US media showcases three first-round picks in Chinese basketball history and praises Yang Hansen: It s unbelievable

In the NBA draft, the Trail Blazers selected Yang Hansen at the 16th pick, thus becoming the third first-round pick from China after Yao Ming (the Rockets were selected by the Rockets in 2002) and Yi Jianlian (the 6th pick was selected by the Bucks in 2007).

US media Basketball Forever posted a composite photo of the three and wrote: "Yang Hansen was originally expected to be selected in the middle of the second round of the draft, but the Trail Blazers selected him with the 16th pick.
